In this transformative journey, we will explore

Throughout this workshop, we will delve into the depths of our past experiences, seeking to understand and heal the wounds that may have affected our inner child.

The inner child represents the vulnerable, authentic part of ourselves that carries the memories, emotions, and beliefs formed during our early years. By connecting with our inner child, we can cultivate a compassionate relationship with ourselves and address any unresolved pain or trauma from the past.

During this workshop, we will engage in various activities and exercises besides theory and technique demonstrations designed to facilitate healing, such as 

- guided meditations

- expressive arts

- journaling

- group processes

- individual practice sessions

- book reviews and more 

These techniques will help us tap into our inner child's voice, allowing us to validate its experiences and provide the love, support, and nurturing it may have missed.
