Chakra and aura

Program: This is specifically based on understanding of chakras and aura. Participants will be trained to work on themselves to maintain energy levels and enhance life quality.

Age Group: Minimum age18 years

Duration:  2 days (experience based with exercises, diet and mental training to sustain a functional chakra) 

Group size:  Minimum 10 - Maximum 20 participants

Examples:  If a person’s self-confidence is low all he/she needs to do is work on the throat chakra…if creativity is low then they need to strengthen both third-eye and sacral chakra…and so on.
